Ping Rapture V2 Fairway Hybrid The Raptured V2 fairway is designed for longer flying shots. This is possible because a 61 gram tungsten sole plate lowers the centre of gravity and pushes it farther back creating a higher launch with reduced spin. A shallow face and wider sole helps ensure stability and forgiveness. The head is a 3 part construction featuring a stainless steel body, tungsten sole and a plasma welded machined steel face which increases ball speed for greater distance.
